All offers on this website or published on any other way are not binding and without any obligation. We reserve the right to change our supply and  the prices or design of any item at any time - without prior announcement.

An order is not accepted untill we send an invoice, an order confirmation or the purchase to the customer. The confirmation mail, which is send by the shop software to you right after check out is not an obligation confirmation in the sense of this rules.

All delivery times, which are announced on the web pages are only a noncommittal information - not a fixed appointment. Delivery times can also be longer (for suppliers factory holydays or other).  An increase of the delivery time does not entitle the customer to cancel his order.

All Aprilrain items are produced specially for each customer and are not in stock at our warehouse or at the factory warehouse. Please take care of this cirumstance.

All delivery times are from the date of payment - not from the date of ordering. We proceed only orders, which have been payed fully. No COD for destinations outside germany. Please make your payment by bank transfer or PayPal.

All international sales are final. No exchange or refunds without prior appointment - sorry!

The warranty for all new items is 2 years after purchase for material or assembly defects. No warranty is for wear & tear,  abuse / improper use or wrong treatment and similar cases.

We ship all purchases by DHL or German Post or any other carrier. All goods will leave our warehouse in proper condition and well packed. If your parcel arrives damaged, please ask the postman or parcel driver for a written confirmation or record about the damages.

After this, please inform us a.s.a.p about the incident and send a copy of the record by fax or email to our office, so that we can take care about this. Sorry - no refund without postmans  record!!
